# key.fit

> key.fit is software for fitness studios: studio management and access control in one product. Members, contracts, SEPA direct debit and doors run in one application; whoever has paid can train - automatically, at every location, during opening hours. Operated by Aberger Software GmbH, Austria. The user interface is German.

## Access follows the contract

- An active contract opens the door; an ended or locked contract does not. The membership status decides, with no list to maintain and no staff on site.
- The chip opens the door even while the studio's internet connection is down.
- Every entry is logged; who was at which door and when can be looked up at any time.
- Entry only during opening hours, configurable per location.

## Billing and SEPA

- Monthly fees are collected by SEPA direct debit from the same application, with no add-on module.
- One debit run per month with an export file for online banking.
- Returned debits (camt.053) are imported; every member who has not paid is listed with the reason.
- Open items and account settlement per member.

## Members and contracts

- The studio defines its own contract types with term, notice period and extension.
- Starter package, contract change for an existing member, cancellation and online withdrawal are handled in the application.
- Member sheet with master data, photo, chip, contract, account and door log on one page.
- A confirmation mail goes to the member after every contract change.

## Several studios, one chip

- One member, one chip, all locations of an operator - or selectively only one.
- Opening hours, doors and permissions are kept per location; member management stays one.

## Self-registration at the entrance

- Scan the QR code at the entrance, enter the data on one's own phone, take a photo, confirm the contract and the SEPA mandate.
- The studio reviews the registration and approves it.

## Door technology

- The firmware of the locking system and the door technology is key.fit's own.
- The hardware is standard hardware; a studio may also order it from a mail-order supplier and have its own electrician install it.

## Operation, language, data

- Operation and maintenance by Aberger Software GmbH, Austria. Servers in the EU, daily backup.
- German user interface; the application is prepared for further languages.
